When you enter your Credit Card Information on our website, your information is transmitted directly to our Payment Gateway provider ANZ eGate, and is processed on their server. No Credit Card information is retained on the Ramsay McDonald server or by our host provider Krafthaus. The SSL version used is 3.0 and was issued by GoDaddy USA.
All Domestic (Australia & Australian Territories) transactions will be processed in Australian Dollars
With your order there will be no additional shipping costs at the checkout and the price you see is the final price (including GST).
Delivery timeframe - your order will be dispatched within 1-2 days, and delivery of your order is expected to arrive in 3-4 days (based on final delivery location), subject to the ordered goods being available ex stock. This can be identified on-line.
Ramsay McDonald Pty Ltd will ship goods Australia wide using Australia Post or Direct Freight Express. Services will be via the standard Austral Post rated service or Road Express if shipped via Direct Freight Express.

Please select your purchases carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or does not do what it is supposed to do.

Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-4 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
